As you can see on your Products tab, there are icons loaded under Live API Link. If your products are non-live, you will see the following icons:
Products non-live:
Linkage: No API Link
Globe: No recent API downstream in use. This means that no one sells your products on their website through the Hero API.
Products live via API:
Linkage: AP link - Product live via API (this includes On Request and Freesale).
Globe: In use by downstream API. This means that some agents sell your products on their website through the Hero API.
Note: If the Hero product ID changes, this can interfer with the downstream API. Make sure to chat to our support team if you need to make changes to your product setup and are unsure of the implications it can have on the downstream API.Spinning wheel: Re-Sync. If this button is clicked, this initiates a re-sync of availability and pricing from your reservation system.
