If your Products in Hero are connected 'live' to your reservations system, automatic updates ensure that your schedules, rates and availability are up-to-date.
Updates operate a regular intervals with frequency determined by a number of factors and typically, these processes operate without any issues.
However, there are some circumstances that will require a fresh import of schedules, rates and availability from your res system into Hero. The main reason for this is when a brand new schedule / departure / timeslot is set within your reservations system that doesn't already exist within Hero.
To run a fresh import, from the Products screen, click the Circle Arrow icon to initiate an import.
Once imported, you can check that things are accurate by:
Clicking the Schedule Tab in a Product to see Dates and Availability
Use the Date-Picker in your Pricing Summary to see live rates
