Weekend Rates

If your rates will be manually loaded within Hero (not via API) and you require weekend rates that are different to your midweek pricing, then specify which days of the weekend you class as your ‘weekend’.

I.e, Friday, Saturday &Sunday

Once set, weekend options will be available when setting your product pricing, as explained later in this document.

Refund Policy

With Hero, you are au tomaticallypaid cancellation fees should a customer cancel their booking.

Use this page to set your cancellation fees based on your RRP price.

Upon cancellation, the fees you set will be deducted from the net amount held by Hero, and paid automatically to you.

The remaining amount, minus Hero’s booking fee, is refunded to the Agency in order to refund the client.

Terms & Conditions

Set general terms and conditions that apply to all of your products and a description of your refund policy.

Your can also include and link to the Terms & Conditions on your website.

These will be included in the customer voucher, along with your refund / cancellation policy.
