Need to change the dates of a booked tour/activity for your customer? With the Change Dates Feature, you can now cnow easily adjust the travel date for a product in your customers' booking, after finalising.
This means that you no longer need to cancel and rebook...
Follow the steps below:

1.) Click the Change Dates buttonn in the Products screen of your finalised order.

2.) Call the supplier to arrange the adjustment by phone. (Due to limitations with accommodation reservation systems this step cannot be automated).
3.) Has the supplier approved the date change? Then select the new date and adjust the RRP (if needed).
4.) Enter details of who you spoke to and confirm the change.
If a refund is due, select the refund method as per normal.
If payment is due, select the payment method as per normal.
No refund / payment due? Easy, simply go to the next page and confirm.
The tickets will be regenerated and the supplier will receive an email confirmation.
