As a general policy, your reservations team must ask customers for their 12-digit Hero ticket / voucher number before accepting the booking.
At this stage, you can use the Claim feature within Hero to check the validity of the ticket.
If you have accepted an open-dated booking and supplied the product or service without obtaining the ticket number, please contact the booking agent who can supply this.
The agent's contact details are shown in the booking confirmation email sent to you from Hero when the open-dated ticket was issued.
