Some products within Hero are set as 'On Request'. This means that live bookings are not possible and the supplier prefers to receive digital booking requests via email rather than by phone.
Once an On Request product is added to your quote, from your Products tab click the purple 'Request' button to send a digital booking request to the supplier.
The supplier will receive your request via email or SMS (depending upon their preferences) with visibility to everything they need to know to either 'Accept' or 'Deny' the booking - including PAX details, your details, required information, pick-up locations etc.
The supplier will either:
Accept and supply a booking reference, or
Deny and supply a reason.
The response will be shown in the Products tab of your quote.
If the request is accepted, you can take payment and finalise your order. If the request is denied, you can amend dates or replace the product with an alternative.
The supplier may need some time to accept or deny, so be sure to keep checking your quote for their response. You are responsible for finalising all quotes containing accepted requests!
