Change a Passenger / PAX name on Tickets after the order is finalised

Hero doesn't allow agents to easily amend a passenger's name on a ticket. This is because once a booking is finalised, any PAX name changes are not sent to the supplier, which can cause issues and confusion later on.

However, there is a way to make adjustments in cases of spelling mistakes / typos etc. Here's how:

  1. Contact the Supplier to let them know the correct spelling of the passengers name.

  2. Open your Finalised Order and from the Summary Tab within the Action area, click Clone Quote

  3. Choose Passengers Only

  4. A new Quote will be created with the same PAX as your last Order

  5. Click the PAX tab

  6. Edit the PAX name

  7. Now return to your finalised order and within the Products Tab, click the orange References button on any product

  8. Add a space to the text in the Voucher Notes and click Save

  9. The Tickets will then be regenerated

  10. View the Tickets to see the name adjustments
