Hi {Supplier}

My name is {Name} and I’m writing from {Organisation} to let you know about some upcoming changes that will enhance our services to you.

We have recently formed a technology partnership with Australia's leading B2B travel booking platform, Hero. Using Hero's technology, we can now promote and sell tours, transport and accommodation within our Visitor Centres and online via our website.

I'm reaching out to invite you to participate and begin receiving live bookings and automated weekly payments from us, via Hero.

Hero's technology and payment processes make this process extremely simple for all involved.

Fast Facts:

  • Hero's API links with reservations systems (such as Rezdy, Fareharbor & Siteminder) mean we can access your live rates and inventory

  • Bookings will be placed digitally, direct into your live manifest (no phone calls needed)

  • You will receive email notification of every booking

  • Customers pay us in advance and in full for all bookings

  • Hero emails you a weekly remittance statement for all bookings fulfilled (you do not need to invoice us)

  • Hero pays the net amount due into your bank account weekly on Friday

Next Steps:

  • If your products are not already listed on Hero, please sign-up here

  • Within Hero's Agreement, please nominate your commission rate, i.e. 15%

  • Within the Agreement, please mention you were referred by {Organisation}

  • Once Hero receives your Agreement, their onboarding team will get everything setup and report back to you and us when bookings can be made

Time Line:

  • Now - please let us know if you have any questions

  • {Date} - Hero's Agreement completed

  • {Date} - Hero will setup your products and process a test booking

  • {Date} - Our team will begin booking your products

Questions:

Please let me know if you have any questions. You can also communicate with Hero's team at [email protected].
