Does your Agency share commission with staff or third parties?

Hero's Commission Split feature allows your Branch commission to be 'split' and automatically paid out to individual Beneficiaries, rather than paid in full to your Agency.

This is ideal if you wish to reward your staff with a share of all commission they generate, or if you have a commission share arrangement with a referring partner or third party.

You simply set the rules and Hero takes care of reporting, remittance and payments.

Commission Split Rules

Commission is split via percentage rules set by you, so for example, it can be set so:

  • 25% of commission is paid to the Team Member who created the quote

  • 25% to your Company

  • 50% to your Landlord

Reporting & Remittance

Beneficiaries can be assigned with different access levels to view reports and remittance advice. For example:

  • Full access to Sales, Reports & Commissions (For your Team)

  • Restricted to Reports (For third parties)

Payments

To take advantage of this feature, your Agency must be set to a monthly payment schedule, based upon customer travel date. This helps to ensure that commission is not paid out to Beneficiaries until your customers have travelled.

Alternatively, all customer payments within your Branch must be via Hero Payments (eQuote & Hero Terminal) and not via cash/card / bank transfer etc. This helps to ensure funds are not owed by the Beneficiary to Hero at the end of a payment period.

Your agency is liable for reimbursement to Hero to cover any shortfall in rare cases where refunds occur late after the travel date and commission payments cannot be recouped from the Beneficiary.
