Log into Rezdy...
If you have not already created a Negotiated Rate, click here to learn how.
Once you have created a Negotiated Rate:
Log into Rezdy
Click to load Hero's Marketplace Profile
Click Add Agent
Click Send Your Rates
Scroll to Rate, select the Negotiated Rate you created from the list.
Click Add Agent
In order for Hero to map to your products ensure the payment method in Rezdy is set to "Full Payment to Agent".
Email [email protected] to advise that you're Rezdy connection is complete.
Hero will map to your products and process a test booking for your review.
