Are you a supplier that uses Rezdy and you want Hero bookings to drop into Rezdy at the correct commission rate attached to a specific agent?

This is now possible with the Rezdy Override API Key feature in Hero.

You can add the Rezdy API key for either regular Travel Agents or Wholesaler (RAG). Both processes are outlined below.

Travel Agencies

Rezdy API Key: Check with agent.

To do in Rezdy:
1.) Give this specific agency access to your rates in Rezdy.

2.) Change the payment type to: Manual - Full Payment to Agent.

Setup process in Hero:

1.) Navigate to your company level in Hero.

2.) Click Agent Groups in your menu on the left hand side.

3.) Either Edit an existing agent group OR +Add Agent Group. Then click Edit.

4.) Add in the Rezdy Override API Key.

5.) Click update.

Wholesale (Real Adventure Group)

Rezdy API Key RAG: aec4aa5f3477465d9eb0535f9214645b
Rezdy Agency Account Name: Real Adventure Group via Hero

To do in Rezdy:
1.) Give 'Real Adventure Group via Hero' access to your rates in Rezdy.

2.) Change the payment type to: Manual - Full Payment to Agent.

Setup process in Hero:
1.) Navigate to your company level in Hero.

2.) Click Hero Wholesale in your menu in the left hand side.

3.) Add in the Rezdy Override API Key:

From now on, bookings coming from Real Adventure Group in Hero, should drop in at the correct commission rate.
