Suppliers can alter the visibility of their products to limit the agencies that can view a product, if needed.
This is useful if a specific product or rate is only offered to one agency, or if your products are available to all agencies except a select few.
How to Manage Product Visibility
To manage product visibility you will need to be familiar with how to set up Agent Groups. Use this guide below to learn the ins and outs of Agent Groups:
Step 1.) To view and manage your Agent Groups, use the drop-down menu (top-right) to switch to your Company level (Brand) e.g. Hero.
Step 2.) Set up an Agent Group on this page, under your Company settings -> Agent Groups.
Note: If the agency you want to activate/deactivate visibility does not have a commission adjustment agreement with you and you'd like their commission to match the standard agent commission, make sure to set their commission in this step to 0% Adjustable.
Step 3.) Navigate to your branch by selecting it in the dropdown on the top right of your screen.
Click on the product you would like to have select visibility. From here, click on the Visibility tab
Step 4.) From here you can view all of the agent groups and wholesalers you have set and select which of them can view your product. If you would like all but one agency to view a product, select All ungrouped Agencies and all other agent groups. If you would like just the one, unselect all but one, as shown in the photo below:
Alternatively, from the products page you can use this toggle to set this for all products. Hover your mouse over each checkbox to see which agency this correlates with.
After this is completed, your product will only appear on the dashboards of agencies you have allowed. For those you have not allowed, it will seem as if the product does not exist at all.
