To view and manage your pricing, you'll need to navigate to your branch, use the drop-down menu (top-right) to switch to your branch e.g. Sydney.

For non-live products, you can edit prices and agency commissions for each of your Fare Types, for each of your Products within your Seasons. You can also edit prics for optional Add-Ons and Levies.

Note: Accommodation products with API connection require rates set for open-dated bookings.

If your products are live via our API with your reservation system, you won't be able to manually adjust the rate in Hero, we pull this information via the API.

If you want to allow agents to manually adjust the retail rate(for example when you have a special on), change RRP Agent Override to:

​Pricing Summary
Your Pricing Summary displays all your rates, including add-ons and levies. 

Tabs at the top of the Pricing Summary allow you to view your default rates and any agent group pricing which may be in effect.

Select a date at the top of the Pricing Summary to check the rates coming through for a specific date.
