How to enable RRP agent override in Hero
If you would like agents to have the ability to override the RRP (Recommended Retail Price) due to a special promotion or an agreed-upon price, you can enable this feature for specific products.
Step-by-Step Guide to Enable Agent RRP Override
Navigate to Your Branch Settings
In the top right corner of Hero, click on your branch name to access your branch settings.
Access Pricing Settings
On the left-hand menu, click on Pricing and then select Edit.
Select the Correct Season and Product
Choose the season and product for which you want to enable the RRP override.
Enable Agent RRP Override
Scroll down to find the Agent RRP Override option. Turn this feature on by toggling the switch.
Save Changes
Once you’ve enabled the feature, click on Save to apply your changes.
How It Works
With the Agent RRP Override enabled, agents can adjust the RRP directly when creating a quote. If an agent overrides the RRP, you will be notified in the booking confirmation email, ensuring you are aware of any changes to the pricing.
