How to Override the RRP in Hero
Sometimes suppliers offer special rates, or you may have agreed on a different rate than what’s displayed in Hero. In such cases, you have the option to override the RRP (Recommended Retail Price) for a product. However, this feature must be enabled in Hero before you can use it.
If you are unable to override the RRP and have agreed on a different price, please contact our support team to have this feature activated.
Step-by-Step Guide to Override RRP
Select the Required Product
Navigate to the product you wish to book and select the desired date as usual.
Override the RRP
Click on the RRP field. Enter the agreed-upon price in this field.
Once you entered the new price, the total due amount will automatically update to reflect the overridden RRP.
Add to Quote
After confirming the changes, click on Add Quote. The product(s) will now be added to your quote with the updated RRP.
Important Notes:
Ensure that the override price matches the agreement with the supplier.
Double-check the total amount before proceeding to avoid errors.
