Within Hero, many products are set with an 'adjustable RRP'. This allows you to quickly and easily amend the retail rate of a product should a supplier offer a discount. 

I.e. if a supplier offers a $50 discount, simply reduce the RRP by -$50. Your customer receives a discount and your commission % on the sale remains the same. 

If the RRP is not adjustable even though the supplier allows you to change the retail rate, you can get in touch with the supplier or the Hero support team to get this set up.
