Change Date Feature

Need to change the dates of booked accommodation for your customer? With the Change Dates Feature, you can now cnow easily Change Dates of accommodation bookings within any finalised order.

This means you no longer need to cancel and rebook to add or reduce nights or move the booked dates backwards or forwards...

Follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Change Dates button in the Products screen of your Finalised Order.
    ​

  2. Call the supplier to arrange the adjustment by phone. (Due to limitations with accommodation reservation systems this step cannot be automated).

  3. Has the supplier approved? Then set the new Check-in & Check-out dates and adjust the RRP as quoted by the supplier, as needed.​

  4. Enter details of who you spoke to and confirm the change.
    - If a refund is due, select the refund method as normal.


    - If payment is due, select the payment method as normal.


    ​

Your tickets will be regenerated and the supplier will receive an email confirmation.
