Booking agent contact details
Product sold (including add-ons, if relevent)
Start date
Pick-up location / time (if relevant)
Your booking reference
Passenger name, email & phone number
Passenger dietry requirements (if relevant)
Nett amount owed
You can set which members of your team receuve these emails, within your Company / Branch setup.
And, for suppliers using Xero, our tax invoices can be automatically imported into your accounts each week, removing the need to manually enter data which could lead to discrepancies.
