There are 2 different payment methods possible via eQuote.

- PayID: If your customers have an Australian bank account, they can use the PayID payment method. This allows them to pay for their booking without being charged any credit card fees.

Customers can pay by scanning the QR Code, or pay from their internet banking to the listed email address.

If you want the PayID payment method option in eQuote, please contact the Hero team, as you will need to re-sign our agency agreement.

Note: If there's a product in your quote with a travel date within the next 2 months, the PayID option won't be available. This is due to some banks holding on to funds for up to 72 hours, meaning the payment won't get applied to the quote until the funds have been received by Hero causing a delay in finalising the quote.

- Credit/Debit Card: Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards are accepted for payments via eQuote. Fees apply.
