There is functionality in Hero that allows you to set quotes to: 'auto-finalise and 'auto-email' tickets to pax, once full payment is received.
This is handy, if you've sent an eQuote to a customer and are clocking off for the day OR to make sure spots don't go in between your customer paying and you hitting the finalise button! Set the quote to auto-finalise and auto-email, and when your customer pays:
You'll be notified of payment by email & Live Chat.
If availability still exists and all Required Information is complete, the quote will finalise.
PAX will receive tickets via email.
