How To Update / Create New Seasons

How to set new seasons, update them for future periods and is it best to clone or create a new season?

How to Access Seasons Setup:

1.) Navigate to your branch and select Branch Setup in the column in the left. Click Seasons

From here you can either create a new season using the + Add Season button, or clone an existing season using the Clone button.


Clone or Create a New Season - which is best?

We recommend that you do not create new Seasons but instead clone existing ones and change the dates as needed.

Why? Agent Group overrides (for commission bonuses etc) may already be set for your pricing for existing Seasons. By cloning the season, these rules are retained. If creating a new Season, they are not.


How To Create a New Season:

Step 1.) Click + Add Season

Step 2.) Enter a Season Name

Step 3.) Click into the Start Date box and choose a date in the calendar that will pop up, or enter it manually. Do the same with the End Date

Step 4.) Save season!


How To Clone an Existing Season:

1.) Click the Clone button here

Step 2.) Enter a Season Name

Step 3.) Click into the Start Date box and choose a date in the calendar that will pop up, or enter it manually. Do the same with the End Date
