Void a refund

If you make a mistake while processing a refund, it is possible to void it and process it again. Common mistakes are incorrect supplier/agency fees.

To void a refund, go into your booking and navigate to the Payment History tab.

Note:

  • You can only void a refund within 48 hours of processing the refund.

  • Voiding a refund does not mean that a booking is not cancelled anymore. A refunded producy always remains a cancelled booking to the supplier.
