Refunding to the Pax Wallet allows you to store funds from a canceled booking within the Hero system for future use/rebooking.
To do this, select Pax Wallet when processing a cancellation.
You will be able to see the amount in the Pax wallet under the Pax tab.
If you have already created a quote and need to add the pax, you will be able to find the correct Pax when searching for their name. The amount in their wallet will be displayed too.
When using the funds for a new booking, make sure to select the existing Pax, and not to create a new one. It's best to click the Clone button on the main page, then select Clone Pax.

Note: The idea of Pax Wallet is that the funds stay in the system - it should be looked at as a Hero credit voucher. Hero cannot refund funds from the Pax Wallet back to the customer's account.

When processing a a partial refund, make sure to only refund the exact cost of the new product that will be booked to the pax wallet, return the rest to the original payment method. For more information on how to do this, view this article:
