Suppliers control the total level of commission awarded for the sale of their products on Hero, and they can offer varying commission rates to different agents if they wish.
Suppers manage this process using Hero's Agent Groups feature. They create Groups of Agents and then apply unique rates for those groups within their Pricing.
Negotiate a unique commission rate with a Supplier
If discussing your commission rate with suppliers, feel free to mention this functionality. While many suppliers do take advantage of it already, some may be unsure. You can guide them to Hero's team for more information.
Once a supplier includes you in an Agent Group and applies a commission bonus, this will be visible to you in your Search results, via a red love heart next to your commission rate.
