If your Agency makes use of Hero’s Cash Out functionality, you’ll want to ensure that your end-of-day figures match the cash & receipts that you have taken.
Sometimes staff may enter the incorrect payment type, i.e cash instead of credit card:
If you’re still working on a Quote, no worries, simply switch to the Payments Tab, void the payment and enter it again using the correct payment method.
Note, that you must change the payment type before you close your shift. Once your shift is closed, the payment type will be locked within your reports in Hero.
