Create a Template
Do you often sell the same package of products over and over again? With Hero, you can sell packages faster, with our Package Template functionality.
Create a quote with the products that you wish to include. (Note, add-ons are not saved within Templates)
From your quote summary screen, click Template
Give it a name, i.e East Coast Package, and it’ll be saved on your Search Screen, under your Favourites.
Click ‘New Quote from Template’ to begin a quote with these products.
Share templates amongst Branches
To create a Template from a quote created at another branch of your agency:
Search for the quote containing the template products. (If the quote no longer exists, ask the branch who created the template to use it to create a new quote).
From the quote summary screen, click Clone
From the quote summary screen, now click Template
Give it a name, i.e East Coast Package, and it’ll be saved on your Search Screen, under your Favourites.
Click ‘New Quote from Template’ to begin a quote with these products.
