Once the initial setup steps are complete, you wil be advised that you are now ready to begin adding widgets to yor website. Here's how:
Copy & paste Widget codes
Within Hero, switch to your new 'Online' Branch
Search for a live product that you wish to add to your site
Click into the product and access the Widget Code tab
Copy the code
Paste this into an HTML module in your website

If you wish to test the booking process from start to finish on your site, create a widget using this product: Widget Test Product

Please send your Hero account manager a link to a widget on your site so that we can test things from our end.
Bookings made via the Widget will appear in the Completed Orders tab in your Online Branch.
Should a widget booking fail, it will appear within your Outstanding Quotes tab. (In these instances, contact Hero Support for assistance).
If you will be processing some bookings manually, not via the Widget, be sure not to use your Online Branch, as you will be subject to Widget booking fees. Use your other Branch instead.
Bookings are set to 'auto-finalise' and 'auto-email' tickets to customers. Speak to us if you wish either of these features turned off.
Our annual Widget access fee will be invoiced and charged annually.
Commission due to you will be displayed in your Branch Menu > Reports > Invoices.
