Promo Codes can offer discounts to customers who book with you via the Hero Widget. Additionally, Promo Codes can link all bookings generated via a Promo Code to a Beneficiary - a person who will earn a share of the commission generated.

Override Owner | If you wish, choose a Team Member to be allocated as the Owner of all bookings generated via the Promo Code. This Owner can then be tracked in Sales Reports and set as a Beneficiary to receive an automated split of the commission generated. |
Discount Metric | Value, allows a discount by a currency amount. Note, the currency displayed and applied on the Widget is that of the Supplier, not your agency. So, if your agency is setup in AUD but the product is priced by the supplier in EUR, the currency discount will be a EUR value. Note, the discount value must be below your total commission value.
Percentage, allows a discount by a percentage amount, based upon RRP. Note, the discount value must be below your total commission value. |
Discount Value | Set a value to apply to the metric, i.e. $5 or 5%. |
Expiry Date | Choose a date that the Promo Code expires |
Assign Widgets | Choose which Widgets can / cannot be affected by this Promo Code. |
