Within Hero, you can set bank account details for your entire Company or for each individual Branch, if required.
Company Bank Account
To edit bank account details for your Company, use the drop-down menu top-right to switch to your Company.
From the Company Menu click Company Setup then click on the Finance tab. Enter bank details in the fields shown and Click on Save Financial.
Payments for all branches will be paid to the company if no Finance details are entered for a branch.
Branch Bank Account
To edit bank details for a Branch within your Company, from the Company Menu, click Company Setup > Branches then click on the Finance tab. Enter bank details in the fields shown and Click on Save Financial.
Notes
You can set different Finance details for all or any branch. You can have one branch set up with individual Finance details and have three other branches paying into the Finance details set at the Company Level.
When updating Finance details, please check that details are set up the correct level, either Branch or Company Level.
Finance details set at a Branch Level will override the Finance details set at a Company Level.
