Remove staff members from your Agency

Staff members can be easily removed / deactivated / deleted. 

  • Use the drop-down menu (top-right) to switch to the relevant Branch (Or your Company, if the user was added at a Head Office level).

  • From the drop-down menu, click Reports & Admin

  • From the Branch Menu on the left, click My Team

  • Select the relevant user

  • Click the red button to Delete the user

  • Note: While the user will be deleted, all historic sales data for that user will remain recorded within Hero and viewable within your reports.
