If a Product within Hero is connected to your reservations system by API, Hero will systematically refresh availability for all of its existing Events / Schedules.
For example, if Hero's has already received a record of an Event running next Monday at 9am, the system will continue to check availability for that Event, until the Event time has passed.
However, Hero does not frequently scan your reservations system for any newly-added Events.
So, for example, if you add a brand new Event next Monday at 1pm, and this Event does not already exist within the Product's Schedule in Hero, a manual refresh is needed.
From your Products screen, click the Circle Arrow icon to initiate the refresh.
Once imported, the Event will display within Hero and its availability will be automatically updated in future. You can check that things are accurate by:
Clicking the Schedule Tab in a Product to see Dates and Availability
Use the Date-Picker in your Pricing Summary to see live rates
