Refunding to the Pax Wallet allows you to store funds from a canceled booking within the Hero system for future use/rebooking.

To do this, select Pax Wallet when processing a cancellation.

You will be able to see the amount in the Pax wallet under the Pax tab.

When using the funds for a new booking, make sure to select the existing Pax, and not to create a new one. You will be able to find the correct Pax when searching for their name. The amount in their wallet will be displayed too.

Note: The idea of Pax Wallet is that the funds stay in the system - it should be looked at as a Hero credit voucher. Hero cannot refund funds from the Pax Wallet back to the customer's account.
