To be able to take credit card payments using eQuote and the Hero widget, all agents must register for Hero Payments.
As with all financial service providers, Hero is required to comply with applicable card scheme rules and regulatory requirements, and the Hero Payments sign-up process ensures we’re able to offer you card services.
Under Company Admin in your Hero Dashboard, you can complete the sign-up process to register for Hero Payments.
You will receive payment to your nominated bank account for all bookings processed via Hero payments, usually around two days after the transaction occurs. The following Monday, Hero will invoice you for the booking less your commission and you will be direct debited later that same week.
If you only wish to offer PayID there is no need to sign up to Hero Payments. You can continue to offer PayID as a payment option, with card payments disabled.
