Set an agency cancellation refund policy which will be included on all tickets.
Use the drop-down menu top-right to switch to your Company
From the Company menu on the left, click on Company Policies.
Add your cancellation fee % / $ amounts using the sliders and a link to the cancellation policy page on your website.
This will now appear on all tickets for future-bookings.
